Mohammad Masudur Rahman
Supervisor & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 监事 兼 首席执行官
With over 30 years of unbroken experience in Bangladesh’s apparel export industry since 1994, Masudur is the strategic backbone and quality gatekeeper of Golden Stitch, bringing institutional knowledge built delivering for the world’s most recognizable apparel retailers. He holds a Master’s Degree in Geography from Jahangir Nagar University, and built his career from the ground up: starting as an entry-level merchandiser at Standard Group in 1994, he rose through the ranks to Merchandising Manager, then held General Manager, Head of Merchandising & Marketing, and Executive Director roles at leading Bangladeshi manufacturing groups including Al-Muslim Group, Designer Jeans Ltd (Bengal Group), TRZ Garments Industry Limited, and Yester Group.

Over his three-decade career, he has personally led programs for global brands including Inditex (Zara, Pull&Bear), H&M, Bestseller, Decathlon, C&A, Celio, Next, Marks & Spencer, GAP, Old Navy, American Eagle, Costco, Lidl, Kiabi, Wrangler/Lee (VF Asia), Walmart, New Look, Matalan, The Children’s Place, DKNY, Dollar General, Esprit, Kenneth Cole and Aditya Birla Group, across woven bottoms, denim, casual/technical outerwear, woven shirts and knit apparel. He implements strict Accord/Alliance compliance and international labor safety standards across all operations, and personally audits all financial reporting to ensure full transparency with zero hidden costs for clients.

Mahabub is the operational heart of Golden Stitch’s Bangladesh manufacturing operations, co-leading our partnership with COMFIT TEXTILE SOLUTIONS alongside Masudur, with 18+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling apparel manufacturing and sourcing operations across Dhaka. His expertise spans end-to-end supply chain operations: buying and trading, textile services, full-package apparel manufacturing, accessories manufacturing, and cross-functional team leadership.

He previously served as General Manager of APS Group leading knitwear production planning, General Manager of Siji Garments overseeing marketing, costing and manufacturing operations, and Senior Consultant for Knit Business Development at Youngone Corporation, one of the world’s largest outdoor and activewear manufacturers. He founded CARE TRIMTEX SOURCING in 2015, then launched COMFIT TEXTILE SOLUTIONS in 2018 where he has served as Managing Director for 8+ years, building it into a trusted full-service manufacturing partner for global clients. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and General Commerce, with fluent English proficiency to eliminate communication gaps.

As Production Coordinator, he leads all day-to-day Bangladesh-side operations, oversees production planning, fabric and accessory quality checks, packing and shipment at our COMFIT hub. Because he owns and operates our core manufacturing liaison, there are no layers of factory management between our leadership and the production floor — adjustments to your order can be implemented the same day, with no waiting for approvals from third-party factory owners.

Dr. Md Ahsan Habib

Based full-time at our Guangzhou headquarters, Dr. Habib is your day-to-day point of contact, the bridge between China’s world-class textile supply ecosystem and our Bangladesh production hub, and the leader who makes our cross-border China+1 model work seamlessly for every client. He brings a rare blend of frontline apparel production experience, PhD-level materials science expertise, and cross-cultural fluency almost impossible to find in apparel sourcing.
Habib博士常驻广州总部，是您的日常对接人，也是连接中国顶尖纺织供应链与孟加拉国生产基地的桥梁，确保我们的跨境中国+1模式为每一位客户顺畅运转。他同时拥有一线服装生产经验、博士级材料科学专业背景与跨文化沟通能力，这一组合在服装采购行业极为稀缺。
He began his career on the production floor as an Assistant Merchandiser at AKM Knitwear and Merchandiser at Designer Jeans Ltd in Dhaka, before earning his BSc in Textile Engineering from Southeast University, MSc in Textile Engineering from Wuhan Textile University on a Chinese Government Scholarship, and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) on the prestigious CAS-TWAS President’s Fellowship. He completed postdoctoral research at South China University of Technology, with awards including the Guangzhou Young Scientist Research Grant, China Foreign Youth Talent Program recognition, and UCAS Excellent International Graduate Award.

His peer-reviewed research published in Nature Communications, Chemical Communications and Carbohydrate Polymers covers cutting-edge textile materials including bio-inspired self-repairing superhydrophobic coatings, sustainable cellulose-based functional finishes, recyclable bio-based polyurethane, natural dye systems, and antibacterial/UV-protective nanoparticle finishes. As Legal Representative, he leads all Chinese-side customer relations, direct fabric sourcing from Chinese mills (cutting out trading company markups), cross-border customs coordination, and daily alignment with our Bangladesh production team. He is fluent in Bengali, English, and conversational Mandarin, with no need for interpreters that cause costly miscommunication.
